The workstation uses advanced cold cutting sawing technology to complete rebar cutting quickly, with low noise and no dust. The cut is smooth and free from thermal deformation, extending tool life and meeting environmental protection requirements. The threading process innovatively applies a cold rolling threading process, "mold-forming" the rebar thread with an accuracy of ±0.1mm, ensuring full, crack-free threads that meet high-strength connection standards. Equipped with an automatic grinding system, it precisely removes burrs from the wire ends, ensuring joint quality and safety from the source and eliminating potential hazards.
