Product Description

This equipment integrates four major systems: automatic main bar feeding, inspection and positioning welding, rebar welding, and rebar cage unloading, forming a complete production line. Welding of a single main bar takes ≤35 seconds, a 9-12 meter rebar cage can be formed in 20 minutes, and welding of the surrounding rebar can be completed in 20 minutes, demonstrating outstanding efficiency. It supports one-button operation via a touchscreen and can preset multiple sets of parameters for convenient operation.

Product Details

The equipment boasts a comprehensive configuration with a total power of 130KW and a working voltage of 380V. Its powerful performance meets the needs of long-term continuous welding operations, ensuring stable operation under high-intensity processing conditions. The welding process uses a mixed protective gas of 80% argon and 20% carbon dioxide to effectively prevent oxidation during welding and improve weld quality. The gas supply pressure must be greater than 0.6MPa to ensure a stable supply of protective gas. The equipment uses 1.2mm welding wire, adapting to the equipment's welding requirements to ensure uniform and strong welds. It also supports single-winding rebar cage processing. The overall structure of the equipment is scientifically designed, with excellent protective performance, adaptable to complex on-site processing environments, stable operation, and convenient maintenance, reducing subsequent operating costs.
