During the construction of the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway, the company provided a complete rebar processing solution for the Zhengzhou Aviation Rebar Fabrication Yard of Section 1, successfully completing the rebar processing and fabrication of 842 box girders for 35 kilometers of track. It also fully supported Section 2 of the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway, successfully completing the rebar processing of 872 box girders, providing solid support for the smooth completion of the line.

The Yuanyang Beam Fabrication Yard of the Zhengzhou-Jinan High-Speed Railway, as the first prefabrication base in China for 350 km/h, 40-meter simply supported box girders, saw Juba Machinery overcome the difficulties of large-span box girder processing with customized, high-precision rebar processing equipment and solutions, contributing to a new breakthrough in my country's high-speed railway construction technology.

The Pingdu beam fabrication yard for the Weilai High-speed Railway, spanning 46.35 kilometers, was responsible for the prefabrication and erection of 1,139 box girders. This project, the first high-speed rail project for the China Construction consortium, saw Juba Machinery provide stable and efficient equipment and services, ensuring its smooth implementation.

Meanwhile, the company provides in-depth services for the Zhengzhou South Fourth Ring Road and North Fourth Ring Road projects, offering comprehensive steel reinforcement processing support to the Xingyang and Guxing beam fabrication yards; in the Lunan High-speed Railway project, it has completed the steel reinforcement processing of 1,627 box girders for the beam fabrication yards of China Railway Third Bureau (Section 1) and China Railway First Bureau (Section 2).

During the construction of the Zhengzhou-Xuchang Intercity Railway, the company provided full-process processing support to the Changge beam fabrication yard of China Railway 16th Bureau, completing the processing of 7,986 small box girders and 21 kilometers of steel reinforcement, contributing to the high-quality development of regional rail transit with its professional strength.
