The CNC Rebar Stirrup Bending Machine 12B (Double Direction) utilizes a bidirectional bending and forming mechanism, which can be customized to meet the 4D bending curvature requirements of rebars according to project standards. This fills the capacity gap in the processing of complex, irregularly shaped stirrups using traditional unidirectional bending equipment. It can complete the forming of various stirrups with ±180° bidirectional bending in one pass, eliminating the need for secondary manual adjustments. The machine is equipped with a fully closed-loop CNC servo control system, along with an active feeding traction device and a four-wheel synchronous traction mechanism. This enables fully automated, uninterrupted operation of the entire process from rebar feeding, straightening, length setting, bidirectional bending to cutting, fundamentally solving the core problems of high reliance on manual labor, difficulty in forming complex components, and low production efficiency that have long plagued the rebar processing industry.
